Item Location: Unless otherwise indicated, all items will be on-site at our lot located at 5701 Alma HWY in Van Buren, Arkansas. Any items sold off-site will be indicated within the description of the lot.
Sales tax will be charged at this auction unless the buyer furnishes a resale certificate or other applicable sales tax exemption form.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WITH NO GUARANTIES OF ANY KIND. Items will be described as accurately as possible. There are no warranties or guarantees as to year, make, model, serial, number, condition, or performance. Buyer is strongly encouraged to inspect items before placing any bids. All announcements day of sale superseded any printed material.
Payment must be made by Tuesday, Feb. 11th at 5:00 PM and before the removal of any items. You will be asked to produce a paid invoice before the removal of any items. If you are sending someone else to pick up your items, please send them with a paid invoice.
Items remaining on-site after 21 days following the date of the auction will be considered abandoned.
Titles: If you purchase a titled item, it will be mailed to you within 30 days. Please read the description of any titled lot before placing a bid. Titles will be mailed to the address that the buyer registers under.
